Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist leadership in setting digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of independent properties by helping manage project workflow. You will be trained on various technologies that our marketing team use.

Essential Job Functions:
– Building relationships with clients & vendors
– Prepare account services-related documents, ie meeting agendas, meeting
reports, proposals, and other communication as needed
– Participate in documenting discussions during client meetings & calls
– Managing and maintaining project workflow, ensuring deadlines are met
working with the Marketing Manager
– Budget management of digital marketing channels
– Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Essential Skills
– College Degree in related discipline
– Excellent communication skills
– Highly organized with a strong work ethic
– Must be detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects
– Proficient in Google Docs software
– Ability to display discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive
information

Job Title: Analyst, Revenue Management
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Entry-Level

As an Analyst, you will assist revenue management leadership in maximizing room revenue across a portfolio of independent properties by collecting and entering data, managing tools, and providing general support to the team. You will be trained on various hotel technologies that our revenue management team use.

Essential Job Functions:
– Analyze travel trends and market conditions
– Manage production of daily and monthly Revenue Management reports for
multiple hotels
– Assist with rate changes and help monitor rate parity across channels
– Assist with promotion management
– Help with improving efficiency of Revenue Management process
– Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
– Perform other duties requested by management

Essential Skills:
– College Degree in related discipline
– Must have extensive experience using Microsoft Office to format, analyze,
and present data effectively.
– Must be detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects
– Ability to display discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive
information
